Returns & Exchanges

At VitaDrive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new style within 5-7 business days.
